A member of the Men’s Basketball Team, Joe was chosen to the NAIA All-American Third Team, selected as WMAC Player of the Year, National NAIA Player of the Week and NAIA Honorable Mention. He set a NCAA Division III single-game record at the time with 63 points. Joe ended his career at Thomas with over 2,000 points scored.
