Pelletier and Drummond Both Earn CMCFHC Weekly Awards for Week of 9/5/26

Waterville, ME - Isabella Pelletier and Eliya Drummond both earned Weekly Awards through the Central Maine Collegiate Field Hockey Conference for the week of September 5th, 2026. Pelletier was named the conference's Defensive Player of the Week, and Drummond was named the Goalie of the Week.

Isabella Pelletier was named the CMCFHC's Defensive Player of the Week after two strong showings against #20 Shenandoah University and #18 University of Lynchburg. Pelletier played every minute of both games, earning a defensive save against Lynchburg. Pelletier was able to help organize the team's defense against two nationally ranked opponents.

Eliya Drummond was named the CMCFHC's Goalie of the Week after a career high 24 saves in her only appearance last week against #18 University of Lynchburg. Drummond was excellent all game, making several saves at point-blank range to deny the Hornets any more goals.

Field Hockey will look to get back on track when they take on Plymouth State University at home on Saturday, September 12th, 2026. Game time is scheduled for 1:00 PM.
