Kyle Delano and
Gus Hollen both earned North Atlantic Conference Weekly Award for the week of 4/20/26. The Terriers went 3-3 last week, earning a key win against conference leader SUNY Cobleskill on Sunday.
Kyle Delano was named the NAC Pitcher of the Week after appearing in two games this week for the Terriers, both wins for the team. On Wednesday Delano pitched the final inning against UMF, striking out one batter and only allowing a single hit to help the Terriers close out a crucial 8-3 conference win. On Sunday Delano earned a start on the mound, dominating against top-seeded SUNY Cobleskill. Delano pitched all seven innings, only allowing three hits while striking out seven batters to help the team to a dominant 6-1 win. Delano also earned his 100th career strikeout in the win, an impressive accomplishment to go along with a huge win.
Gus Hollen was named to the NAC Honor Roll after a consistent and strong week for the Terriers both as a catcher and a DH. Hollen earned at least one hit in every game for eight total, with five RBI. He went 8/16 (.500) and moved up in the batting order later in the week, showing his improvement and consistency for the team.
Baseball will be back in action today, April 28th, when they take on the Lesley University Lynx at home in a doubleheader. Start times are scheduled for 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM.
