Waterville, ME - Nick Griffel earned this week's North Atlantic Conference Rookie of the Week award for the week of 4/15/26. Baseball went 3-1 in that time, defeating the University of Maine Farmington in a a doubleheader on Tuesday 15-2 and 10-7, then split with Lesley University on Saturday 11-7, 2-3.

Nick Griffel earned this week's NAC Rookie of the Week award after an excellent week for the Terriers, starting all four conference games played this week where the Terriers went 3-1. In total he had eight hits, eight RBI, one home run, and hit .500 for the week. Griffel earned at least one hit in every single game this week, didn't strike out once, and had several clutch RBIs to help the team earn three conference wins. His best performance came in game one against Lesley on Sunday, earning three hits and five RBIs.

Baseball will be back in action tomorrow, April 22nd, when they take on the University of Maine Farmington at home. Start times are scheduled for 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM.
