Kara Richards and
Eliya Drummond both earned Central Maine Collegiate Field Hockey Conference Weekly Awards for the week of October 31
st. The Terriers went 2-0 last week, defeating conference opponents Husson University 2-1 midweek and defeating the University of Maine Farmington 9-3 in the team's annual "Senior Day"
Kara Richards was named the CMCFHC's Player of the Week after two impressive performances. Richards assisted the team's first goal against Husson on Wednesday and scored an incredible five goals on Sunday against Farmington.
Eliya Drummond was named the CMCFHC's Goalie and Rookie of the week after picking up two crucial conference wins. Against Husson on Wednesday Drummond came up with nine crucial saves in some important moments.
Field Hockey will be back in action on Friday, November 7
th, when they take on the University of Maine Farmington at home in the CMCFHC Tournament Semifinals. Game time is scheduled for 7:00 PM.
