Box Score FARMINGTON, ME – Thomas College men's soccer posted three goals in the first half and rode that lead to a 3-0 win over the University of Maine at Farmington, in a North Atlantic Conference (NAC) matchup Wednesday afternoon.

Dakota Duplissie put Thomas on the scoreboard in the 10th minute, providing what proved to be the game-winning goal. Mikal Simmons gained possession of a loose ball on the right side of the 18-yard box. He eventually chipped the ball across the six-yard box past Farmington keeper Derek Reilly, and over to an oncoming Duplissie who used the bottom of his cleat to carom the ball into the goal just inside the left post.
Guled Guled doubled the Thomas lead in the 23rd minute, burying a low shot past Reilly from the left side of the six-yard box. Tre Ming had a well-placed cross from the left side of the 18 to set up Guled, after bringing the ball up the left wing.
Thomas' Michael Hand capped the scoring in the 34th minute on a goal very similar to Guled's strike, only this time from the right side. Kenny Cano carried the ball up the right sideline into the corner, where he broke free of a Farmington defender and brought the ball into the 18. He sent a cross into the center of the six-yard box toward an oncoming Hand, who finished with a low drive into the middle of the goal.

Reilly finished the day with three saves, while Thomas starter Winston Trott charted six saves over 77 minutes played. Joakim Sternas came on for the Terriers in the 78th minute, and recorded one save in the Thomas goal.
