Box Score Castleton, VT - Men's Tennis is off to a historic start, defeating VTSU Castleton 7-0 to move to 6-0 on the season. So far the Terriers have outscored their opponents 38-2 in their six match win streak.

How it Happened:

• Dominic Clifford and Camden Herrick at #1 doubles earned a 6-3 win to start off the day for the Terriers.
• Thai Nguyen and Nick Magiera teamed up to win 6-0 at the #2 spot.
• At #3 doubles Ricky Salazar and Calvin Cutler earned a dominant 6-0 win.
• After sweeping doubles, the Terriers were awarded one point toward the overall score.
• Nguyen at #1 singles made quick work of his opponent, winning 5-0 after his opponent retired.
• At #2 singles Clifford followed up with a quick 6-1, 6-0 win.
• Herrick earned a hard-fought 6-1, 7-5 win, giving the Terriers a 4-0 lead.
• At #4 singles Cutler won 6-2, 6-3.
• Magiera followed up at the #5 spot winning 6-1, 6-0.
• To complete the sweep for the Terriers Zephyr Lani-Caputo earned a 6-1, 6-0 win to make the final score 7-0 in favor of the Terriers.
