Gorham, ME - Men's Tennis concluded their 2026 regular season when they traveled to take on the University of Southern Maine Huskies on Thursday, April 23rd, 2026. The final score was 5-2 in favor of the Terriers.

How it Happened:

• Thai Nguyen and Casey Duncan once again teamed up at #1 doubles, winning 6-3.
• At the #2 spot Calvin Cutler and Camden Herrick joined forces to earn a hard fought win, 7-6.
• To wrap up doubles play Nick Magiera and Ricky Salazar earned a 6-4 win, giving the Terriers a 1-0 match lead heading into singles.
• Nguyen dominated at #1 singles, winning 6-0, 6-3.
• At #2 singles Herrick earned a 6-3, 6-2 win, making the overall score 3-0.
• Cutler at the #3 spot fell 1-6, 1-6.
• Soon after at #4 singles Magiera earned a 6-2, 6-0 win.
• Noah Cook would fall at #5 singles, 2-6, 3-6, making the match score 4-2.
• To wrap up the day Zephyr Lani-Caputo earned a 6-3, 6-2 win, securing the 5-2 win for the Terriers.

What's Next:

• Men's Tennis has earned the #1 seed in the Empire 8 Conference Men's Tennis Tournament, and will host the league playoffs. Their first match is scheduled for Friday, May 1st, but time and opponent are TBD.
