Queens, NY - Men's Tennis concluded their preseason trip to New York in a 6-1 win against Hunter College on Saturday, March 14th, 2026.

How it Happened:

• Camden Herrick and Dominic Clifford started off the day at #1 doubles, but fell 4-6.
• Thai Nguyen and Nick Mageria once again teamed up at #2 doubles, eventually falling 4-6.
• Ricky Salazar and Calvin Cutler were able to get the win at #3 doubles, dominating 6-1.
• Despite the win at #3 doubles, Hunter College took the advantage from doubles, leading 1-0 over the Terriers heading into singles.
• Nguyen at #1 singles had a strong perfrmance, winning 6-4 and 6-0 to tie things at 1-1.
• Clifford earned two consistent wins in both sets, 6-2, 6-2 at the #2 spot.
• In the #3 singles sport Herrick won by a similar scoreline, 6-2, 6-3.
• Calvin Cutler earned a hard-fought win at #4 singles, 7-5, 6-2 to make the score 4-1.
• Magiera won comfortably at #5 singles, 6-2, 6-0, while Noah Cook earned a 6-0, 6-2 win at #6 to give the Terriers a 6-1 overall win over Hunter College.

• Men's Tennis will be back in action when they take on Norwich University in the 2026 home opener on Saturday, March 21st, 2026 in the Harold Alfond Athletic Center. Start time is scheduled for 1:00 PM.
