Box Score 2 Waterville, ME – Baseball took on the University of Maine Farmington at home for a doubleheader game day. The Terriers snagged the win in both games, winning Game 1, 10-5 followed by a 12-0 win in Game 2 and only allowing seven hits all day.

Game 1
How it Happened:
- The Terriers immediately got to work going up four runs in the top of the first inning off two singles and a fields choice hit to the infield
- After a quick inning in the field Thomas went right back to scoring runs making the game 6-0 after the top of the second inning
- The third was quiet inning for both teams, but Thomas was able to expand their lead by three runs which started from a double off Cam Haynes followed by a double from Jason Bartlett, 9-0 Thomas
- The Beavers got their first two runs in the fifth inning off two hits
- Aaron Young made his way around the diamond and scored during one at bat, 10-2 Thomas
- The final inning Farmington added two more hits scoring three runs, final score 10-5 Thomas
The Pitchers:
Jarrad Willette started on the mound for Thomas, finishing with six strikeouts in just over four innings. Willette was relieved by
Patrick Temby in the fifth inning. Temby finished out the game recording one strikeout.
Game 2
How it Happened:
- Right off the bat Thomas was attacking the ball, including a double from Nick Hutson, 2-0 Thomas
- In the fourth inning Aaron Young hit a two run homerun bringing in Haynes who doubled two batters before
- Another two runs were added in the fifth inning by the Terriers off one hit by Matt Seymour and a passed ball, 6-0
- Momentum continued into the sixth inning with four different Terriers getting on base off singles to the outfield and one Beaver error, score then becomes 9-0 Thomas
- To round out the hot bats from Thomas three hits brought in the final three runs, final score 12-0
The Pitchers:
Garrison Paillet got the win for the Terriers as the starting pitcher, in six innings Paillet ended with five strikeouts. Wyatt Thompson came in to relieve Paillet in the seventh inning, pitching two innings to seven batters. In the ninth inning
Daniel May went on the mound striking out two of his three batters faced.
