BRIDGEWATER, Massachusetts – Men's Tennis took on the Bears of Bridgewater State University on April 18th. The day concluded with an overall score of 9-0 in favor of Bridgewater State University.

Jose Afonso took on Sean Nutter at #1 singles spot. Afonso would go down swinging, fighting hard in the first set but ultimately falling short losing 6-4, 6-2 against Nutter.
Gabe McPhail would take on Adam Beatrice at the #2 singles spot. McPhail would win the first set convincingly 6-1 but couldn't maintain the pressure as he dropped the next two sets 6-3 and 10-7 in a third set tie break due to the match being decided.
In doubles action McPhail and
Caleb Daigneault took on Charles Fiske and Charles Malinowski at the #2 doubles spot. The match would be competitive even when falling short losing only 8-4.

Men's Tennis will host the NAC Championship final at A-COPI Tennis & Sports Center on Saturday April 22, in Augusta, Maine to take on the second place Hornets of NVU Lyndon.
