SALEM, Massachusetts – Men's Tennis took on the Vikings of Salem State University on April 10th. The day concluded with an overall score of 2-7 in favor of Salem State University.
The Records:

Salem State University (5-1)
Nicolas Arenas would start off the day going the distance against his opponent Roni Bazile at the #1 singles spot. Arenas would take the first set 6-3. But would drop the next two sets 6-2, 6-1.
Jose Afonso would also take his opponent Quentin Wilkins to 3 sets at the #2 singles spot where Afonso would find himself up winning the first set 6-4. Wilkins would fight back in the next two sets 6-2, 6-4 to win the match.
The Terriers would only find a point at #5 singles where
Caleb Daigneault would best his opponent Josh Gruber in two sets 6-0, 6-3.
In doubles, Afonso and Arenas would find the only other point for the day against their opponents Bazile and Wilkins where they would beat the Vikings duo 8-2.
