Hilton Head, SC - Men's Tennis took on Alfred University on the last day of their South Carolina Spring Training. The Terriers swept the match with a 9-0 win over the Saxons. 

The Records: 

Thomas College: Overall (1-3) 

Alfred University: Overall (2-2) 

Starting off the Terriers 9-0 day was #1 singles player Nicolas Arenas, winning his sets 6-3 and 6-0. #2 singles player Jose Afonso took the win in set one 6-1 then set two 6–4. Afonso was followed by Gabe McPhail in the #3 spot winning his sets 6-0 then 6-3. Senior Liam Gould won the #4 singles match 6-0 and 6-1. Then Kegan Rodrigue got his first match win of the season winning his sets 6-4 and 6-2. Finally Caleb Daigneault won his two sets in the #6 singles spot, winning 6-4 and 6-2. 

Arenas and Afonso matched up for #1 doubles, taking their set 8-2. McPhail and Gould were in the #2 doubles spot taking their set with an easy  8-1 set win. Lastly, Rodrigue and Daigneault played as the #3 doubles and won their set 8-2.

Men's Tennis will play their next Match on March 17th at the University of Saint Joseph's with a 3:30pm start time.
