Box Score STOWE, Vt. – The Thomas College men's tennis team fell to NVU-Lyndon 8-1 in their North Atlantic Conference (NAC) opener on Saturday afternoon.

The Hornets took the top two doubles bouts by 8-6 scores, then won third doubles by default to take a 3-0 lead.

Jose Afonso (Tenerife, Spain) took care of first singles, winning 6-0, 6-1. The Hornets swept through the remainder of singles action to take home the 8-1 win.
