USM Defeats Men's Tennis 7-2

Waterville, Maine – The Thomas College men's tennis team dropped a non-conference matchup Tuesday afternoon to the Huskies of Southern Maine, 7-2. Freshman Govind Naul picked up his first career win defeating USM's Alex Smelcer in singles action. Naul also paired with senior Jesse Peasley as the due downed Smelcer and Caleb Jones in doubles.

With the loss the Terrier fall to 2-3 (1-2 NEAC East) on the season, while the Huskies improve to 4-1 on the year.
