Myrtle Beach, SC - Men's and Women's Outdoor Track & Field traveled to compete in the 2026 Myrtle Beach Collegiate Challenge on Saturday and Sunday, March 14th and 15th, 2026. The Men's team placed 20th out of 26 teams and the Women's Team placed 26th out of 26 teams.
How it Happened:
Men's Outdoor Track & Field:
- Lukas Maclean placed 10th in the Men's 400 Meters with a time of 58.16.
- Gage Bruns placed eighth in the Men's 1500 Meters with a time of 4:08.43.
- Khristan Castillo, Treaz Hardy, Brenden Francis, and Nick Plamondon placed tenth in the Men's 4x100 Relay with a time of 44:37.
- Hardy placed fourth in the Men's High Jump with a distance of 6 feet and 2.75 inches.
- Nick Plamondon placed fifth in the Men's Long Jump with a distance of 21 feet and 3.5 inches.
- Plamondon also placed tenth in the Men's Javelin with a distance of 152 feet and four inches.
- Caleb Russo placed sixth in the Men's Javelin with a distance of 164 feet and four inches.
- The Men's team combined to place in 20th out of 26 teams with 13 points.
Women's Outdoor Track & Field:
- Nabah Yahya placed ninth in the Women's 400 Meters with a time of 1:00.05.
- Kayla Hatt placed eighth in the Women's 3000 Meters with a time of 12:17.14.
- The Women's Team placed in 26th with one point.
What's Next:
- Men's and Women's Outdoor Track & Field will be back in action on Friday and Saturday, April 10th, and 11th, to compete at Saint Joseph's College of Maine in the 2026 Monks Invitational. Start times are TBD.
