Waterville, ME -
TJ Blackmon,
Payton Mitchell, and
Isaiah Godley were all named to the North Atlantic Conference Honor Roll for the Week of 12/6/25. The Terriers went 2-1 in that time, defeating VTSU Johnson 74-65 on Tuesday, falling in overtime to the University of Maine Farmington on Friday 98-99, and defeating Maine Maritime Academy 59-58 on Saturday.
TJ Blackmon was named to the NAC Honor Roll after several strong performances for the Terriers this week. Across three games Blackmon scored 49 points and added six steals, four blocks, 15 assists, and 17 rebounds. His best performance of the week came against UMF, where he scored 25 points to help lead a comeback that took the team to overtime. Blackmon's 14 point performance in the MMA win on Saturday was also impressive, and was the team's leading scorer.
Payton Mitchell was named to the NAC Honor Roll after playing a huge role defensively for the Terriers last week. Mitchell is often matched up against the most talented offensive players from opposing teams, consistently holding them to less points than their average. Arguably his best performance of the week came against VTSU Johnson on Tuesday. Mitchell held his matchup to just six points while scoring five, grabbing 12 rebounds, and dishing out four assists.
Isaiah Godley was also named to the NAC Honor Roll after an impressive stretch of games as a first-year. Godley had his best game of the week against UMF on Friday, scoring 20 of his 21 points in the second half, carrying the team to come back to force overtime. Godley was fouled on a good layup with ten seconds left when the team was down by three, and hit the clutch free throw after the layup to tie things up. Godley also grabbed six rebounds and had two steals in the matchup.
Men's Basketball will be back in action on Monday, December 15th, when they travel to take on Bates College. Game time is scheduled for 6:00 PM.
