Waterville, ME - Thomas College Athletics is excited to announce the additions of
Max Bojarski and
Will Carrolton as Assistant Coaches for both the Men's and Women's Indoor/Outdoor Track & Field programs. Bojarski and Carrolton will primarily be working with the team's throwers, and both have several years of knowledge and experience to help develop student-athletes both on and off the track.
Max Bojarski was a student-athlete for the Terriers from 2021-2025, competing in the hammer throw, weight throw, shot put, and discus. He currently holds school records in the hammer throw and weight throw and was the first male athlete to qualify for NCAA Division III Regionals in a throwing event for both indoor and outdoor seasons in 2025. Additionally, Bojarski was a NAC champion in 2025, claiming the program's first title in the Hammer Throw. Bojarski graduated from Thomas in 2024 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting, and in 2025 with an MBA with an Accounting Concentration and works in the public accounting industry.
Will Carrolton was also a former student-athlete, and was an NCAA Division III All-American in the discus while competing for the University of Southern Maine. William currently holds school records in the discus and shot put. En route to his All-American season, William had the fifthĀ highest discus mark in Division III during the 2025 Outdoor Track & Field Season. Carrolton is USM's first NEICAA champion in the discus, and earned multiple USTFCCA All-Region honors in the discus and shot put. Prior to his time at USMĀ Carrolton was a scorer in the shot put and discus at NCAA Division I University of Maine OronoĀ in the America East conference. Carrolton graduated from the University of Maine Orono in 2023 with a Bachelor of Science in Economics, and is pursuing a Master's in Policy, Planning, & Management at the University of Southern Maine.
Track and Field will begin their schedule of competitions on Friday and Saturday, December 5th and 6th, when Men's and Women's Indoor Track & Field travel to Colby College. Start time is TBD.
