Box Score Waterville, ME – Men's Lacrosse took on NAC opponent Maine Maritime Academy in Wednesday night game, falling 23-6. Senior
William Heywood ended the game with four goals on seven shots on goal.

How it Happened:
- Graduate Student Daniel MacWhinnie put the first goal on the board within the first two minutes, unassisted
- The Mariners then went on to score seven goals in the first quarter
- The Terriers were the first to score again in the quarter, starting off with a goal from Timothy Worster assisted by Connor Hamilton thirty seconds into the second
- MMA six more goals before the Terriers added their third before the quarter ended. Heywood scoring his first of the game, unassisted
- Starting the third quarter the Mariners added goal fourteen, but was followed by another Heywood goal, assisted by Worster, 14-4 MMA
- Heywood scored again three minutes later, this time assisted by Charlie Foster-Major after MMA put three more on the board
- To finish out the third quarter two more Mariner goals were added to make the score 19-5 MMA
- The Terriers scored their last goal with four minutes remaining in the game, Heywood's fourth. He was assisted by Hamilton, final score 23-6 MMA

Patrick Buxton after halftime. Buxton recorded five saves in his thirty minutes played.
