WATERVILLE, ME - #4 Thomas College (10-7-1, 6-3 NAC) will host #6 Colby-Sawyer (9-7-3, 4-3-2 NAC) in the North Atlantic Conference (NAC) Championship on Sunday, November 9 at 4:00pm.
How they got here:

The Terriers defeated top-seed Castleton on Wednesday evening 2-0 to advance to the NAC Championship. In the hard fought, fast paced match Michael Hand found the back of the net twice to lift the Terriers to a 2-0 victory.
Colby-Sawyer earned the number six seed in the NAC Tournament as they suffered three loses in conference play.
The sixth seeded Chargers defeated #2 Maine Maritime Academy Wednesday by a score of 1-0 to advance to the NAC Championship. The game came down to penalty kicks where the Charger's Andrew Clothier netted the game ending kick.
Colby-Sawyer, the tournament's sixth seed, is the lowest seed to reach a title match since former NAC member Elms made a championship appearance as the seventh seed in 2006.

Earlier this season Thomas and the Chargers met each other at Colby-Sawyer where the Terriers came out with a 2-1 victory with a game-clinching goal by Kenny Cano in the 67th minute.
What have they done lately?
The Terriers are coming into the weekend winning six of their last seven games against conference opponents, including a victory against Castleton in the semifinals. Their lone conference loss came against Castleton in regular season play.
Although having a tough regular season record, Colby-Sawyer has come on strong in the NAC tournament, defeating #3 New England College and most recently defeating #2 Maine Maritime Wednesday night.

Since Colby-Sawyer joined the NAC during the 2011-12 season the two schools have played each other three times, with Thomas holding a 2-1 advantage, including the last two contests.
Coaches Corner:
Head Coach Christopher Parsons, now in his third season at Thomas, has guided the Terriers to the postseason every year since being at the helm. Parsons led the squad to their second NAC Championship last season and a trip to the NCAA Tournament.
Chargers head coach Craig Wilkinson enters his first season at the helm of the Colby-Sawyer men's soccer program. Prior to 2012, he was the head coach at Concordia College (NY) in 2011 and spent one year (2010) as an assistant coach at Centenary College and three seasons (2006, 2008-09) as an associate head coach at Dominican College.
