Cassidy Hardy, and
Nabah Yahya all earned North Atlantic Conference Outdoor Track & Field Weekly Awards for the week of 4/15/26. The Terriers competed in the Maine State meet in that time, with the Women's Team placing in fourth out of 10 schools with 85 points, while the Men's team placed in sixth out of nine schools with 65 points.
Emma Burr was named the NAC Track Athlete of the Week after a superb week for the Terriers in the Maine State Meet, earning several accolades along the way, including the Maine State Meet's Women's Track MVP award. Burr started off the day in the 100 Meter Dash, finishing second in the state with a time of 12.16 seconds. This time earned Burr a new school record and qualification to the NCAA Division III New England Championships. Burr then went to the 100 Meter Hurdles, where she finished first in the state with a time of 14.63, setting another school record. To wrap up her day, Burr also won the Long Jump, jumping a distance of 19 feet and 2.75 inches. This jumped earned Burr another school record, and with the jump is now ranked #4 in all of NCAA Division III in that event.

Cassidy Hardy was named the NAC Co-Field Athlete of the Week after an incredible debut in the Maine State Meet this past weekend for the Terriers, culminating in several top five finishes. Hardy placed third in the Discus with a distance of 113 feet and 10 inches, placed fourth in the Javelin with a distance of 118 feet and 5 inches, then placed eighth in the Shot Put with a distance of 34 feet and 9.75 inches. Hardy placed first among all female NAC student-athletes competing in every single event besides Shot Put, where she was narrowly beaten out by a teammate.
Nabah Yahya was named the NAC Rookie of the Week after an excellent debut at the Maine State Meet, competing in the 800 Meter. Yahya won the event by over a second and beating out the next-placed NAC opponent by over 13 seconds. Yahyah earned a new school record for this time, and received qualification to the NCAA Division III New England Championships.
Men's and Women's Outdoor Track & Field will be back in action on Saturday and Sunday, April 25th and 26th. when they travel to the University of Maine Orono to compete in the 2026 NAC Championship Meet.
