Gorham, ME – Men's Tennis was back on the road, winning 8-1 against the University of Southern Maine Huskies on Thursday, March 27^th.
 
How it Happened:
 
Doubles

• #1 Doubles made up of Gabriel McPhail and Seb Soto came together and won 8-2.
• Camden Herrick and Dominic Clifford at #2 followed their lead and won in a similar fashion 8-2.
• Harrison Withee and Nick Magiera at #3 doubles finished the doubles sweep, winning 8-4.

 
Singles

• McPhail at #1 fought hard wining the first set 6-2, but falling in a close second set 6-7, but eventually found the dagger, winning 7-3 in a third set tie break.
• Soto was feeling good at #2, dropping only one game winning the match 6-1, 6-0.
• Herrick played well at #3, giving the terriers another point, winning 6-1, 6-2.
• Clifford once again continuing his singles win streak in fashion wining 6-1, 6-1at #4.
• Cutler went back and forth at the #5 spot winning the first set 6-3, then losing 3-6, but eventually falling losing the tie breaker 8-10.
• Casey Duncan at #6 came off the bench hot, winning the first set 3-6 and the second 6-1.
• This secured an 8-1 win for the Terriers.

• Men's Tennis will take on the Lesley University Lynx in a double header at home on Saturday, March 29th, at 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM.
