Bangor, ME – Men's Basketball dropped their final meeting of the season against North Atlantic Conference leaders Husson University by a score of 76-92 on Wednesday, February 5
th, 2025.

How it Happened:
- The Eagles got off to a strong start with a steal and a quick layup that led them to a 7-0 lead.
- The Terriers, however, fought back as Camryn Yorke and Jackson Ruelke both scored to make it 4-7.
- Despite the Terriers' efforts, the Eagles extended their advantage through a balanced team effort.
- As the first half wore on, the Terriers struggled with their shooting, including missed three-pointers and layups, allowing the Eagles to stretch their lead further.
- A three-point shot from the Eagles gave them their largest lead of the first half at 19-7.
- Minutes later the Terriers battled back to cut the Eagles lead to just five thanks to points from Luke Briggs and Parker Desjardins.
- With five minutes to go in the first half both teams scored a flurry of points, including three-point shots from Desjardins and Yorke.
- The Eagles led 47-42 at halftime, with the final points of the half coming from Desjardins.
- The Eagles opened the second half on a 10-2 scoring run to make it 57-44.
- This was followed by another 8-0 run minutes later to make it 65-50.
- Despite the efforts of Yorke and Ruelke, the Eagles countered every scoring possession early in the second half.
- Minutes later both teams scored a combined 12 points in the span of a minute, putting the Eagles up 81-64 with only a few minutes to go
- Despite the late efforts of Landen Gabric, the Eagles rolled in the closing minutes to a 92-76 win over the Terriers.
