Johnson, VT – Women's Basketball completed their weekend road trip sweep in an 83-46 win against the Vermont State University Johnson Badgers on Sunday, January 12
th, 2025.

How it Happened:
- Both teams traded points in the opening few minutes, with the score eventually being tied at 5-5.
- From that point the Terriers went on a 14-2 run to end the quarter, thanks to strong play from Pryelle Kesse-Beda, Mariah Roberts, Deja Hamilton, and others.
- The Terriers went into the second quarter with a 19-7 lead and never looked back.
- Sarah Davis opened up with a three-point shot to continue the team's pace.
- Bri Benecke made an important play minutes later, stealing the ball and scoring a layup to bring the lead to 26-15.
- Kesse-Beda scored four points late in the quarter to give the Terriers a 36-20 lead going into halftime.
- The Terriers started the second half on a tear, going on a 10-1 thanks to points from Sky Kubwalo, Mollie Gray, and Alderman.
- Kay McLellan hit a three-point shot late in the third to extend the lead to 63-28.
- A few minutes in to the fourth quarter Hana Isahac scored four quick points to make it 74-41.
- McLellan scored the final four points for the Terriers from the free throw line, with the team walking away with a 83-46 win against the Badgers.
