Nashua, NH – David Ivarsson scored all three goals in a 3-1 win against Rivier University on Saturday, September 21^st, 2024.

How it Happened:  

• The Terriers started the game well, generating six shots in the first 16 minutes. 
• The Terriers dominated the majority of the first half, but it was the Raiders who struck first in the 39^thminute from a penalty kick.
• The Terriers played a solid first half but found themselves down 0-1 at halftime.
• In the 56^th minute David Ivarsson found the back of the net on a solo goal to tie things at 1-1.
• The Terriers then essentially took over the game, using the momentum to generate six shots, most of which on goal, over the next few minutes.
• Ivarsson struck again in the 66^th minute, this time thanks to a good assist from Joshua Joseph to take a 2-1 lead.
• In the 78^th minute the Terriers were awarded a penalty kick, and Ivarsson powered the ball to the left side of the net to complete his hat-trick.
• Neither team were able to generate any clear-cut opportunities for the rest of the match, and the Terriers walked away with a 3-1 win.
