th, 2024.

How it Happened:
- The Terriers opened the game well, generating three shots on goal in the first 22 minutes.
- David Ivarsson had a shot that looked to find its way into the top right corner of the net, but the Beaver goalkeeper dove to make a huge early save.
- Despite the strong opening the Beavers struck first in the 24th minute to take a 1-0 lead.
- The Terriers were almost instantly able to respond, scoring a goal from a corner kick four minutes later.
- Joseph ultimately sent in a ball that found the head of Ivarsson to tie things up at 1-1.
- With just two minutes left in the half Kevroy Spence sent in a shot on goal that had to be saved by the Beavers goalkeeper.
- In the 46th minute a Beaver player hit the post, nearly scoring to take the lead.
- Despite the early chance in the second half, both teams traded possession and were unable to generate any other big scoring opportunities.
- In the 80th minute the Terriers were awarded a penalty kick, and Joseph stepped up and buried the ball in the bottom left corner to give the Terriers a 2-1 lead.
- The Beavers last chance to equalize came three minutes later, when Jamie Fischer came up with a big save to preserve the lead.
- The Terriers defended well in the closing minutes, and eventually walked away with an important 2-1 conference victory over the Beavers.
