Standish, ME – Women's Volleyball was unable to overcome the Saint Joseph's College of Maine Monks in a 0-3 loss on Saturday, September 14^th, 2024

How it Happened:  

• Both teams traded points to start off the first set, but the Monks scored six straight points to take a 1-0 set lead.
• The Monks started where they left off in the second quarter, jumping out to a lead of 10-2 over the Terriers.
• Despite some good runs the Terriers were unable to contain the Monks and lost the second set 13-25.
• The Terriers started the third set well, scoring the first four points.
• The Monks then battled back, going on a 14-3 run to win the match 3-0.

• Women's Volleyball will look to bounce back as they travel to New London, New Hampshire to take on Colby-Sawyer College on Friday, September 20^th, 2024. Game times are set for 3:00 and 5:00 PM.
