Waterville, Maine – The Colby College Mules pulled away from Thomas, sparked by a 4 run 6th inning.

How it Happened:
- Thomas started the game well, Samuel Keblinsky would reach on a fielders choice before advancing to third on a balk and a wild pitch, Hayden Dippner would drive in the games first run with a sacrifice.
- Colby would reply strongly in the bottom of the first, they would do all their damage with two outs, three strait walks would load the bases before a single to center that would bring home a pair, Colby would add two more runs in the frame to extend their early lead to 4-1.
- In the top of second Thomas would reply when a Cam Haynes double advanced Matt Seymour to third, DJ Cagnina would bring home Seymour with a 4-3 sacrifice ground out. Haynes would reach home on an error before an Elijah Morton rbi single. The Terriers would pull even 4-4 heading into the bottom of the second.
- The Terriers would take the lead in the 3rd, when Tony Meza would come across on a Cagnina sac fly.
- Neither team would score until the 5th when Colby's bats woke up, they would add two runs in the 5th, 4 in the 6th and an insurance run in the 7th.
