How it Happened:
- The Pilgrims got off to a quick start, scoring two within the first seven minutes of the quarter.
- The Terriers had no answer, as the Pilgrims took a 6-0 lead into the second quarter.
- Two minutes into the second, Mary LaRochelle found Sage Brown, who scored to make it 1-6.
- The Terriers would ultimately only allow one goal in the quarter, as Brown and Samantha Snow would both score to make it 3-7 at halftime.
- Alia Chasse earned her 100th career point with a free position goal two minutes in to the third quarter, cutting the deficit to three.
- The Pilgrims quickly responded with a goal of their own, but Chasse would strike again with five minutes remaining in the third quarter.
- The Pilgrims would end the quarter on a 2-0 run to make it 5-10 heading into the fourth.
- The Pilgrims largely dominated the fourth quarter, scoring four unanswered goals.
- Despite some positive moments, the Terriers would end up walking away with a 5-14 loss.
