Presque Isle, ME – Women's Volleyball won 3-0 as they traveled to take on the University of Maine Presque Isle on Friday, October 4
th, 2024.

How it Happened:
- The Terriers started the first set on a roll, thanks to several kills from Einy Mendez.
- Thanks to some attack errors the Terriers took a huge 15-8 lead and never looked back.
- The Terriers scored the final six points of the set to take it 25-13.
- The Owls began to mount a comeback, leading 19-10 at one point.
- With the Owls only needing one point to win the set, the Terriers scored six straight to eventually take a 2-0 lead thanks to a few attack errors and two aces from Halle Ham.
- In the third set the Owls jumped out to a huge 12-3 lead, but the Terriers battled back, making it 15-17 thanks to several attacking errors from the Owls.
- In the closing stages of the third set Mendez and Sariah Putnam got kills that would effectively seal the game for the Terriers, winning the third and final set 25-23.
- The final match score would end 3-0 in favor of the Terriers thanks to a hard-fought team performance.
