Waterville, ME – Women's Volleyball fell to North Atlantic Conference leaders Maine Maritime Academy by a score of 0-3 on Saturday, September 19
th, 2024.

How it Happened:
- Both teams traded points to begin the first set, with the mariners taking a small 5-4 lead early on.
- Shortly after the Mariners went on a 9-0 run, effectively sealing the first set by a score of 25-9.
- The Terriers were nearly able to steal the second set, battling back from a 7-1 deficit thanks to a few blocks and kills from MJ Rose to tie things at 7-7.
- Despite battling it out, the Mariners ended on a 6-1 run to take set two 25-22.
- The Mariners started the third set where they left off, jumping out to an 11-1 lead.
- Despite a 5-0 run by the Terriers late in the set thanks to several Mariner errors, the Mariners took the set 25-15 and sealed a 3-0 win over the Terriers.
