Cambridge, MA - In a conference rematch between the Terriers and Lesley University, Thomas jumped out to an early lead and never looked back as they claimed the 74-52 victory.
How it Happened:
- Thomas started the game strong, Hannah Isahac scored 4 point and Sam Fortin would add 3 of her own.
- Lesley would then go on a small run of their own with a 10-0 run to take the lead in the ballgame 14-9.
- Graduate Student, Emily Parent, would respond with a run of her own, making few baskets behind the arc and a pair of free throws.
- Parent would cap of the scoring for the first quarter with yet another three with 17 seconds left to give the terriers a 24-18 lead at the end of the first.Â
- Sky Kubwalo would get the terriers off to a good start in the second quarter scoring a quick 3 points
- Hannah Coolen would chip in with a three, followed by Yaribel Pena and Bri Benecke adding layups as the Terriers earn a double digit lead.
- Coolen would keep the terriers rolling as she would hit another 6 points before the end of the second.Â
- Thomas would enter the half up 44-26 and would keep the momentum going well into the third quarter.
- 7 different Thomas players would score in the third as they extended their lead to 59-35.
- That would be all the Terriers needed as they coasted to a commanding victory, for the second day in a row, winning 74-52
Inside the Stats:Â
- 14 different Terriers would score, Kubwalo and Parent would each score 13 points while Coolen would add 11.
- Kubwalo just missed out on a Double-Double as she also grabbed 9 rebounds.Â
- The Terriers went 27-69 from the field (39%), 6-22 from the three-point line (27%), and 14-21 from the free throws (67%%)

The Terriers return to the court Tuesday, January 23th when they travel to UMF for a conference matchup. Tipoff is scheduled for 7:30pm in Farmington.Â
