Box Score Nashua, NH – Women's Lacrosse traveled to Rivier University on Friday, March 3
rd to play a non-conference game against the Raiders, which ended in a close 5-7 loss for the Terriers.

Thomas College: Overall (0-2)
Rivier University: Overall (1-0)
How it Happened:
- The Raiders were the first to strike getting their first goal of the game four minutes into the first half after high pressure near the cage
- After many attempted shots by the Terriers the first one fell with just under two minutes remaining in the first fifteen minutes by Scarlett Raymond-Ayer, 1-1 end of first
- Thomas started the second quarter strong with two back-to-back goals, first one score by Alia Chasse, second from Sage Brown
- Before Rivier could score again Graduate Student Lauren Bartlett added another to the Terrier lead making it 4-1 four minutes into the second
- The Raiders were not giving up adding four goals in the rest of the second quarter, going into halftime 5-4 Rivier
- Two shot attempts were made by the Terriers in the third, but none were able to get past the Raiders goalie
- Rivier added another to their lead before with a minute left in the third quarter, expanding their lead to 6-4
- Raiders scored their final goal five minutes into the last quarter, 6-4
- The Terriers were not giving up as they had four shots on goal, with their last goal of the game going in with forty-five seconds left, final score 7-5 Rivier
