Waterville, ME - In a crosstown matchup between Thomas and Colby, Sky Kubwalo had 14 points and Sam Fortin would add 10, but it wouldn't be enough as the Mules would claim the victory 62-52 over a short handed Terrier Squad.

How It Happened:

First Quarter 

• Deja Hamilton got the Terriers off to a quick start scoring five points in the first couple of minutes, while Hannah Isahac would help extend the lead and put the Terriers up five at the end of the first.

Second quarter

• A Colby College run in the second cut the lead, in a quarter that saw both teams make runs, first year Sky Kubwalo hit two clutch three-point shots to keep the damage to a minimum, at the half Colby led 30-29.

Third Quarter

• Colby extended their lead with some solid defensive play holding the Terriers to six points, they would score 17 of their own to extend the lead to 47-36.

Fourth Quarter

• Three quick buckets by three different Terriers cut the lead down to three within the first two minutes of the quarter, some tough defensive plays helped spark the run highlighted by Hannah Coolen taking two charges. However three points was the closest the Terriers could make it, as Colby would hold on for the 62-52 victory.
