SALEM, Mass. - Men's tennis was swept by Salem State on Monday afternoon, 9-0, in a non-conference contest.

The Vikings came out strong in doubles sweeping all three positions and kept their momentum rolling into singles winning all six positions. Kegan Rodrigue (Auburn, Maine) played well at #3 singles, ultimately falling 6-3 6-3.

The match of the day was at #3 singles where Gabe McPhail (Windham, ME) lost 6-4 3-6 10-7, a ten point tiebreaker was played in lieu of a third set because the match had already been decided.  McPhail also had the shot of the day, hitting a tweener passing shot for a clean winner.
