WATERVILLE, Maine - Thomas Men's Basketball got out to a fast start against Colby College but was unable to hold on, losing 82-63 at home on Tuesday night.
The Terriers got off to a fast start, leading for almost the entire first half, shooting 58% from the field. They went into the locker room with a 39-35 lead but unfortunately it would not last.
The Mules entered the second half on fire, out scoring Thomas 47-24 including 5-11 from the three point line. Noah Tyson led Colby with 19 points in the game and Will King tallied 18 points.
Sawyer Deprey (Caribou, Maine) led Thomas with 13 points while
Trevor Reed (Rockland, Maine)added six rebounds in the loss.
The Terriers will host University of Maine at Fort Kent on Thursday at 6 p.m. Please remember that spectators are required to wear masks at all home games this winter.
