Thomas College

Whitney Bess joined the Thomas College Softball coaching staff in the spring of 2023. 
 

Bess joins Thomas after playing outfield for Husson University from 2019-2022. During her time at Husson, her team won three North Atlantic Conference championships and made three appearances in the Division III Regional Tournament.
 

She was voted North Atlantic Conference Rookie of the Year in 2019 and Softball Senior Scholar Athlete of the Year in 2022. She earned North Atlantic Conference Second Team honors in 2019 and 2022. Finally, she was voted as a North Atlantic Conference Woman of the Year Finalist in 2022. 
 

Bess graduated from Madison Area Memorial High School in 2018 where she played four years of varsity soccer and softball.
 

She graduated from Husson University in 2022 with a Bachelor’s in Accounting, Master’s in Business Administration, and a minor in Coaching.
