Thomas College

Kyle Fletcher '18 was named as the Head Coach of the Terriers’ Men's Soccer program in January of 2022. He now enters his fourth year in the role.

Fletcher ascended to the head coaching position after serving as an Associate Head Coach at Thomas for two years (2020-2021). Fletcher also worked as the Academy Director for two years at Global Premier Soccer (2018-2020) he currently holds the United States Soccer Federation (USSF) National "D" Coaching License.

"I am thrilled to be named as the next head coach of the Thomas College men's soccer program," adds Fletcher. "Having been part of the Thomas community as a student-athlete and coach, I know firsthand how special this institution is and I am excited to become a full-time member of the athletics staff."

As a college player, Fletcher – a Monmouth native, played four seasons for the Terriers, in those seasons he played in 62 career games, recording 11 goals and 2 assists. He was a member of the 2015 North Atlantic Conference Championship team that advanced to the NCAA Division III Tournament and was on NAC Runner-Up teams in 2014 and 2016. During the 2015 season the Terriers were nationally ranked twice, they claimed a #21 and #12 National Ranking. He also was a member of the Baseball and Men’s Lacrosse teams while at Thomas.

Fletcher graduated from Thomas College in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management with a minor in Coaching. He currently resides in Winslow with his wife, Lilly.
