Why Thomas: I really enjoyed the sense of community when I stepped on campus, relatively close to home so I could still see my friends and family, and it gave my the opportunity to continue participating in sports.

2023: Played in 31 games, starting 28 as a graduate student... Recorded a .393 batting average, 35 hits, nine doubles, four triples, one home run, and stole five bases. Recorded a 9-7 record in 105 innings pitched, with 101 strikeouts, 11 complete games, and a 3.12 ERA.
2022: Appeared in 35 games, starting 34 as a senior... Recorded a .358 batting average with 11 doubles, 11 RBIs, 28 runs, and 8 stolen bases. Recorded a 9-7 W-L record in 110 innings pitched, with one save, 84 strikeouts, 12 complete games, and a 3.19 ERA
2021: Started all 21 games as a junior... Recorded a .367 batting average with five doubles, one triple, 18 RBIs, 22 runs and four stolen bases... Recorded a 3-6 W-L record in 56.1 innings pitched with one save, 62 strikeouts and a 2.61 ERA.
2020: Season canceled due to COVID-19.
2019: Played in 27 games as a first year... Hit .333 with three doubles, one home run, and 10 RBI... Totaled 14 runs on 22 hits for the season... Appeared in 15 games, starting in eight... Threw 69.0 innings with a 1.62 ERA and 59 strikeouts.
