Women's Tennis Unable to Overcome Plymouth State University

Plymouth, NH - Women's Tennis was unable to overcome the Plymouth University Panthers in a road matchup on Wednesday, September 16th, 2026. The final score was 1-6 in favor of the Panthers.

How it Happened;
  • Taylor Juhase and Lily Daigle teamed up at #1 doubles, falling 2-6 in the opening matchup.
  • At the #2 spot Gigi Bhagat and Sarah Mack earned a hard-fought 7-5 win.
  • To close out doubles play Tracy Lopez and Sierra Gerken fell 2-6, giving the Panthers a 1-0 match lead headed into singles.
  • Juhase was once again named at #1 singles, but fell 2-6, 4-6 against her opponent.
  • At #2 singles Bhagat grinded out a 6-4, 6-3 win, making the score 1-2.
  • Daigle at the #3 spot didn't have much luck, falling 1-6, 2-6.
  • Mack followed up at #4 singles, falling 0-6, then 5-7.
  • At the #5 spot Lopez put up a great fight, but eventually fell 0-6, 6-4, 5-10.
  • To wrap up the day for the Terriers Maya Gammon at the #6 singles spot fell 0-6, 2-6.
  • The final score was 1-6 in favor of the Panthers.

  • Women's Tennis will be back in action on Monday, September 21st, when they travel to take on Husson University. Start time is scheduled for 3:30 PM.
