Waterville, ME- Junior Varsity Men's Soccer hosted Maine Legends in 1-1 match on Friday evening, September 11th.

How it Happened:

• After both teams battled back and forth throughout the first half, Maine Legends struck late with seven minutes remaining, making the score 0-1. 
• T'syi Showers found the back of the net for the Terriers in the 63rd minute with a left footed strike into the side netting.
• The Terriers maintained possession for a majority of the second half with seven shots, but were unable to pull ahead of the Maine Legends.
• Maine Legends had a breakaway with 90 seconds left to play in the game, but the Terriers came up big in defense.
• The game ended in a hard-fought 1-1 draw.


What's Next:

• The Terriers go on the road to battle against Hebron Academy on Wednesday, September 16th. Kickoff is scheduled for 4:00 PM
