Bangor, ME - Women's Lacrosse traveled to take on Husson University in a North Atlantic Conference match-up on Saturday, March 28th, ultimately falling to the Eagles by a final score of 3-16.

How it Happened:
- The Eagles got out to a hot start in the 1st quarter, scoring four unanswered goals to put the Terriers down 0-4.
- But Jorgie Arduini and Katarina Olvera (man-up) sparked some late momentum for the Terriers in the first quarter with back-to-back goals, cutting the deficit to two heading into the second.
- Husson found the back of the net in the opening seconds of the 2nd quarter, but a response from Isabella Pelletier late in the 2nd quarter kept it a two goal game with minutes to play in the half.
- However, the Terriers found themselves down 3-6 heading into the half after a late strike from the Eagles in the final minute of the quarter.
- Husson took control of the momentum in the 3rd quarter, scoring five unanswered goals to put the Terriers down 3-11 heading into the final 15 minutes of play.
- The Terriers looked to generate momentum with offensive opportunities in the 4th quarter, but strong defense from the Eagles kept the Terriers off the board.
- The Terriers continued to battle late in the quarter, but five additional goals from the Eagles ultimately put the game out of reach, handing Thomas a North Atlantic Conference road loss by a final score of 3-16.
