Lily Daigle, and
Taylor Juhase all earned North Atlantic Conference weekly awards for the week of September 19th. In that time the Terriers went 3-1 as team, narrowly falling to Plymouth State University mid week, then sweeping a match against VTSU Johnson, and sweeping a doubleheader against VTSU Lyndon this past weekend.
Gigi Bhagat was named the NAC's Co-Rookie of the Week, nearly sweeping all of her opponents. On Wednesday against Plymouth State, she won at #3 singles 6-1, 6-0. In Thomas' Saturday matchup against VTSU Johnson, Bhagat won at #2 doubles 6-0, and won at #2 singles 6-0, 6-0. In the team's Sunday doubleheader against VTSU Lyndon, she won at #2 doubles in match one 6-0, and won 6-0, 6-0, at #2 singles. In the second match of the day Bhagat won 6-0, 6-0, at #1 singles. In total Bhagat went an incredibly impressive 60-1 against all of her opponents this week.
Lily Daigle and
Taylor Juhase were named to the NAC Honor Roll for doubles, matching together as the #1 doubles team for the Terriers. They nearly won against Plymouth State mid week, and went 6-0Â in their two appearances against VTSU Johnson and VTSU Lyndon this past weekend.
Women's Tennis will be back in action when they travel to take on Husson University on Wednesday, September 24th, 2025. Start time is scheduled for 3:30 PM at the Bangor High School Tennis Courts.
