Gorham, ME - Women's Tennis earned a hard-fought 4-3 victory against the University of Southern Maine Huskies on Thursday, September 11^th, 2025.

How it Happened:

• Lily Daigle and Taylor Juhase put up a good fight in #1 doubles, but eventually fell 6-8.
• Keira Gilman and Gigi Bhagat in #2 doubles won comfortably, 6-1.
• Kayla Bailey and Lillian Mickel in #3 doubles won in a tight match 6-4, earning a 2-1 doubles overall win for the Terriers, and a point toward the final team match score.
• Juhase was unable to overcome the #1 singles player for the Huskies, falling 1-6, and 2-6.
• Gilman found a similar fate in #2 singles, falling 2-6, 2-6.
• Bhagat continued her good form, winning in dominant fashion at #3 singles, 6-1, 6-2.
• Daigle in #4 singles also won, 6-4, 6-1.
• Tracy Lopez and Mickel both won comfortably in their matches, 6-4, 6-2 and 6-2, 6-2, to help the Terriers earn a hard-fought 4-3 team victory.

• The Terriers will be back in action when they take on Simmons University on Saturday, September 13^th, 2025, in this year's home and conference opener.
