Nomads' Manager Ryan Conroy said "It is with great pleasure and excitement that I can confirm that Josh will be signing with Cheadle Heath Nomads, Manchester UK for the 25/26 season. For the past year, I have been tracking his progress and have been blown away by how dynamic and fluid he is in his play. My hope is that Nomads will provide the canvas for Josh to express himself in the UK and ultimately use his time with us as a springboard to reach the heights of the full-time professional game. The work that the coaches at Thomas College have done with Josh is nothing short of exceptional and I look forward to liaising with them moving forward to assistant Josh on his soccer journey."

Head NCAA Men's Soccer Coach
Kyle Fletcher had this to say about Joseph: "When I first stepped into the role as head coach at Thomas, Josh was one of the first players I sat down with. I still remember that conversation vividly. He said he had two goals: to become the greatest player in program history, and to play professional soccer. That level of clarity, confidence, and purpose was rare—and it told me everything I needed to know about who Josh was and what he was about." "It's not every day that you coach a player like Josh. He's not just one of the best to ever play here, he may very well be the best. But even more than that, he's a young man of integrity, humility, and resilience. I'm incredibly proud of him, and I can't wait to see what he accomplishes in his professional career."
