Rochester, NY - Men's Tennis was matched up against the SUNY Oswego Lakers in the Empire 8 Semi-Finals on Friday May 2
nd. The Terriers entering the Empire 8 conference was a great opportunity to face new competition after winning the NAC back-to-back years. Unfortunately, they ended up falling by a match score of 2-7.

Singles:
- Starting off singles is McPhail, McPhail faced a tough opponent falling 0-6, 2-6.
- Next up was Soto taking a few games but in the end losing 1-6, 2-6.
- Herrick however, turned the tables winning his singles match 6-2, 6-2.
- Clifford did not have the same luck, he lost 3-6, 2-6.
- Calvin Cutler came off the bench for the #5 singles spot, he played well but lost 3-6, 1-6.
- Casey Duncan came out hot off the bench taking one for the road winning 6-4,

Overall, the Terriers finished their season 11-4, 5-1 in conference play (including postseason). They had a great group of seniors leading the team in Soto, McPhail, and
Kegan Rodrigue. The incoming first years made a huge impact, creating much needed depth. There is a lot to look forward to in the next season.
