Waterville, ME – Women's Lacrosse took on the Maine Maritime Academy Mariners at home on Wednesday, March 19
th, 2025. The final score was 2-14 in their first of two meetings scheduled for this spring.

How it Happened:
- The Mariners came out strong, jumping out to a 7-0 first quarter lead.
- Despite the Terriers best efforts, the Mariners took a 10-0 lead into halftime.
- Emily Wallingford was able to find the back of the net from a free position attempt five minutes into the third quarter to make it 1-10.
- The Terriers came out of halftime well defensively too, only allowing two goals to the Mariners in the third quarter.
- The Mariners scored twice more in the fourth quarter, both within the first five minutes.
- Isabella Pelletier scored the final goal of the game with seven minutes remaining, making the final score 2-14.
- Despite the loss goalie Bristol Sine played well, making 10 saves.
