- The Terriers would generate multiple scoring late in the first half, but the Mustangs would take a 0-6 lead at the half.
- The Terriers would look to claw their way back into the game early in the second half, but a defensive save from the Mustangs would keep the Terriers off the board.
- Despite the Terriers second half comeback efforts, the Mustangs would ultimately take control of the contest and hand the Terriers a 0-9 loss.
- Terriers keeper Keein Wright would finish the contest with seven saves despite the loss to the Mustangs.
