How it Happened:

• Mollie Gray would get the Terriers on the board first with points in the paint on back to back possessions.
• Sky Kubwalo, Elena Alderman and Holly Loring would try to generate momentum with points late in the first, but the Terriers would ultimately find themselves down 9-20 after one quarter of play.
• The Terriers would try to turn it around in the second with points from Kubwalo and Mariah Roberts, but the Mules would continue to overwhelm the Terriers on both ends of the floor.
• Loring and Pryelle Kesse-Beda would each pick up points in the paint late in the second, but the Mules would take a 17-45 lead at halftime.
• The Terriers would try to cut into the lead in the second half, but despite the Terriers comeback efforts, the Mules would ultimately control the entire second half and would hand the Terriers a 29-92 non-conference road loss.
