How it Happened:
- Yorke and Jackson Ruelke both started the game off well, scoring the first nine points of the game for the Terriers.
- Parker Desjardins would make a layup, then follow it up with a three-point shot on the next possession to give the Terriers a 17-9 lead.
- A few minutes later, Ruelke was able to grab a defensive rebound then score on the other end with 13 minutes left in the first half.
- The Badgers were able to take advantage of a few misses and tied the game up at 26-26 with seven minutes remaining in the half.
- The Terriers were able to bounce back thanks to Loki Anda and Luke Briggs to keep the lead in the next few minutes.
- Despite the lead the Badgers continued to work and were able to tie things up 48-48 at halftime.
- The Badgers started the second half well, taking a nine-point lead seven minutes in.
- The Terriers were able to nearly tie things up minutes later after a layup and a three-point shot from Yorke.
- The Terriers briefly took the lead several times in the final five minutes, but the Badgers continued to battle back.
- Briggs would come up with three steals during the second half, some during important moments.
- Both teams were tied at 97 to end the fourth quarter, meaning the game was headed to overtime.
- Desjardins scored a layup early on, but it was Yorke who would hit seven free throws in overtime to lead the Terriers to victory, 110-105.
